Directions

  • Slowly pour Nano Additive to the formulated, finished product
  • Mix gently to minimize foaming. Mixing and agitating may increase foaming
  • Solution may become cloudy (Cloud Point) in the beginning then clear up slowly

Note: Do not mix with straight raw materials. Designed to mix with formulated, finish product only. For glass cleaning products, use 2–4 fl oz per 1 gallon of finish product.

CAUTION

Keep product out of eyes. Do not swallow this product. Recommend wearing safety glasses or goggles when eye contact is possible. The use of rubber, neoprene, nitrile or other resistant gloves may be necessary under conditions of prolonged use. Remove contaminated clothing and DO NOT re-wear until thoroughly cleaned. After handling, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

FIRST AID

Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

Skin: Flush affected area with plenty of water. Consult a physician if irritation develops.

Ingestion: If this product is swallowed do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep head below hips to prevent aspiration (breathing) of liquid into the lungs. Get emergency medical attention immediately.

Application

Step 1

Before applying the Nano Overcoat 1100, use EST Heavy Duty Cleaner to clean the surface. This will remove any unwanted particles and stains and will open the pores to allow the product to penetrate and adhere to the surface.

Note: Please consult the information on the EST Heavy Duty Cleaner container before using it.

Step 2

Apply the Nano Overcoat 1100 with an airless sprayer; the surface should be clean and dry prior to application. If the surface is very porous, apply 2-3 coats if necessary until the surface becomes saturated with the Nano Overcoat 1100. Allow 2-3 hours for the coating to penetrate and cure.

Coverage/Dilution

Use 5 gallons of concentrated Nano Overcoat 100 mixed with 45 gallons of water to make 50 gallons of ready to use product.

Approximate Coverage Rate: 1000-1200 square feet per gallon based on porosity of surface.

Recommended Application

Based on the current condition of the surface, product can be applied once a week or once every 2 weeks.

Nano Prime Prep Coat is designed for all types of boat bottoms and sides (fiberglass and metal), ATV bodies, jet skies, and water skies. (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WOOD BOATS.) Please contact your local EST, Inc. representative for more information about treating wood boats.)

Applications

Step 1:

Before applying the Prime Prep Coat product, use Heavy Duty Fiberglass Cleaner to clean the surface. This will remove barnacles and stains, and open the pores to allow Prime Prep Coat to penetrate the surface and adhere to the surface.

Note: Please consult the information on the Heavy Duty fiberglass Cleaner container before using it.

Step 2:

Apply the Prime Prep Coat with a brush, roller, or spray; the surface should be clean and dry prior to application. If the surface is very porous, apply as many coats as necessary until the surface become saturated with the Prime Prep Coat; flood the surface with the product when applying. Allow 8–10 hours for the coating to penetrate and cure. If the surface remains wet after 10 hours, wipe off the excess with a dry towel and buff gently with a polishing pad until the surface becomes dry and smooth.

Coverage 500–900 sq ft per gallon, depending of the underlying paint and its porousity. Test a small area to determine approximate coverage.

Step 3:

Apply Nano Tech Polish for Boats with a spray; wipe off with a cotton towel. Apply 3 coats, if needed. Polish the surface until it becomes slick and shiny.

Nano Tech Golf Ball Polish is made with latest 2nd generation nanotechnology. It does not contain any hydrocarbons, acids, phosphates, or animal fat. It is in fully compliant with California VOC rules and regulations. This product listed as a “green” product, it does not contain any harmful chemicals.

SUGGESTED APPLICATION METHODS

Use full strength; spray over surface and wipe off dry with clean, dry cotton cloth or for better result use microfiber cloth. For autos, apply two coats then use slow speed buffer/polisher.

Apply two coats the very first time for best results. Can be sprayed on a wet surface then wiped off dry. Apply as often as needed.

APPLICATION

Heavy deposits of grease and grime should be removed (with EST Inc. HD Nano Boat Hull Cleaner) before applying. All new and used boats should be clean and dry before applying this product.

For older boats, use Nano Primer before applying Nano Tech Polish for Boat Bottoms.

Spray and Wipe Off: Use full strength; spray over the surface and wipe off dry with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Turn cloth frequently, and change microfiber cloth once it becomes wet.

To maximize the effects, apply two (2) coats and use a slow speed buffer/polisher to finish the surface.

 Electrostatic Application: Apply over entire surface with Electrostatic gun, wipe off any excess wet residue with microfiber cloth. Wait 30 minutes to an hour, apply second coat with electrostatic gun and wipe off entire surface with a clean and dry microfiber cloth.

After two applications if any haze, residue, or uneven patches remains on the surface, spray and mist those areas again and wipe off excess wetness with a clean and dry microfiber cloth.

Finally use a slow speed buffer/polisher to finish the surface.

Reapplication: Reapply Nano Tech Polish after each cleaning of the boat surface.

Coverage: Intial coverage is 1000–1200 sq ft per gallon, second coat 1500–1800 sq ft per gallon.

Do not use this product on a floor; the floor may become slippery and dangerous to walk on. If over spray occurs, reaching the floor, use a floor cleaner or a strong detergent to clean the floor.

This uniquely formulated product is designed with nano-polymeric chemistry for all types of solar panel glass and is also great for use on automotive glass, household and industrial window glass, and aircraft windshields. This treatment forms a bond with the glass surface, fills in micro and nanovoids, and helps improve clarity, visibility, and driving response by a full second in wet, wintery, and rainy conditions.

Nano Tech Polish for Solar Panels provides increased resistance to dirt, dust, and other weather pollutions. Natural rain or a light water spray will keep the glass clean by washing away pollutants from the surface of the solar panel. This helps minimize abrasion by protecting the glass surface from minor scratches caused by high wind, sand, and dirt. APPLICATIONS

Nano Tech Polish is generally applied by spraying directly onto the solar panel or glass surface and by wiping off with micro fiber or cotton cloth. Initially apply two coats for proper treatment and adhesion to the glass surface. After second treatment, surface can be buffed with dry polishing pad. By buffing, the nanopolymer creates a stronger more permanent bond with the solar panel surface. For larger application areas use of a specialized robot can assist in application.

Depending on the weather the nano polish treatment on the solar panel can last as long as a year, but on average it should be reapplied every 12 months for best results.

LOW E GLASS

Low-E stands for Low Emissivity. This glass is an energy efficient way to control the heat being allowed in and out of a home or environment. Low-E Glass is glazed with an ultra-thin metallic coating. The manufacturing process applies this with either a hard coat or soft coat process. Soft coated Low-E Glass is more delicate and easily damaged and therefore used in insulated windows where it can be in between two other pieces of glass. Hard coated versions are more durable and can be used in single paned windows. The coating used to make Low-E Glass works to transmit short wave energy and reflects long wave energy to keep heat in the desired location, while still allowing additional light to come in.

LOW E GLASS APPLICATION METHOD

Use Nano Tech Polish specially developed for Low E Glass and Solar Panels. Spray on the glass surface and wipe off gently with a micro fiber cloth. Apply 2 coats initially. This long-lasting coating will stay on the glass for a minimum of 1 year or more. It will make future cleaning very easy. Rain will also keep the coated glass surface clean and fog free. This nano coating will reflect long wave energy to keep heat in the desired location and to protect and extend the life of the metallic finish on the glass surface; this extends the warranty of glass and will allow for additional light to come in.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

FIRST AID

DIRECTIONS

Before applying make sure the surface is clean and free of dirt and debris. Wait at least two hours before public use to allow product to completely penetrate. Make sure rain isn’t expected during application time. Drying times will depend on weather conditions. Do not use on walkways, floors, or other places were slipping may be a hazard.

Apply product with spray bottle making sure to spread evenly across the surface with clean cloth or sponge. Allow to penetrate. Wipe off excess. Wait at least two hours before use or recoating. Two coats are recommended for slides.
