Mega Foam–1100 is a multipurpose, air-drilling foamer that foams in fresh or hard water and saturated brine water. It is also used to unload water from gas wells to increase gas production. Treatment rates will vary depending on (1) water characteristics, (2) bottom-hole pressure and gas flow rate, (3) tube depth and size, and (4) hydrocarbon amount. MF – 1100 produces a large volume of stable foam even in the presence of oil. MF-1100 is effective in a broad range of oil field brines up to a temperature of 350°F. MF–1100 is safe to handle and has a high flash point. It does not require any hazardous shipping labels.

ADVANTAGES

  • Highly effective foaming agent.
  • Foams fresh or hard water and saturated brine.
  • Foams in the presence of oil contamination.
  • Half-life over 5 minutes in fresh water. (In seconds, equals 57% of foam height in ml.)

  • Eliminates the need for two different foaming agents.
  • VOC Compliant.
  • High flash point.
  • Biodegradable.
  • No hazardous labeling or shipping requirements.

CHEMISTRY

Foamers are often referred to as soap. The more appropriate name is surfactant which is a shortened term meaning surface-active agent. Surfactants work at the interface between air and water to lower surface tension. By lowering surface tension, the surfactant holds air bubbles in a ring of water lightening the water’s weight and enabling pressure to effectively move the column of water. MF–1100’s truly unique characteristics of stable foaming and extended half-life produce superior drilling performance. While most foamers can generally be described as an alcohol ether sulfate, MF – 1100 is a blend of different, nano-complex, alcohol-ether-sulfates, and as such, is highly biodegradable.

Super absorbent Mud Solidifier-OM – Bio Base is an eco-friendly, non-polymer-based, slurry solidifier specially designed to solidify a variety of aqueous wastewater and sludge containing hydrocarbons and heavy brine, oilfield and mining waste containing oil, and hydrocarbons.

Advantages

Fast-absorbing, selective microbes digest varieties of wastewater and oilfield sludge containing hydrocarbons and heavy brine and continue to work long after the initial contact with waste matter. Mud Solidifier-OM Bio Base will absorb many times its weight with nominal or negligible increase in volume or weight.

As liquid waste is solidified with Mud Solidifier-OM Bio Base, the solidified waste expands in weight and volume by less than 2%‒3% in most common types of waste matter, depending upon the chemical composition. Compared to any other polymer-type absorbent, Mud Solidifier-OM Bio Base does not double or triple in volume. Minimal volume expansion decreases transportation and landfill disposal cost.

Features

  • Non-polymer, non-hazardous.
  • Contains over 5 million/CFU of selective microbes per 1oz of product.
  • Rapidly solidifies water and oil-based waste slurry.
  • Chemically bonds to the liquid and digests hydrocarbon-based waste.
  • Minimizes waste volume; typical expansion is less than 2%.
  • Passes EPA Test Method 9095 paint filter test. After solidification, many waste streams pass EPA Test Method 1311 for RCRA metals.
  • Solidified liquid waste is approved for landfill use.
  • Performs well within various pH ranges and with heavy brine concentrations.
  • Solidifies waste containing wastewater, hydraulic fluid, hydrocarbons, brine water, and sewage waste containing high BOD and COD including fat, grease, and oil.
  • Non-toxic, non-leaching, easy-to-use, eco-friendly dry crystals.

Directions

Mud Solidifier-OM – Bio Base absorbent does not require special preparation for use.

For most effective and efficient use in solidifying bulk waste streams:

Application

The proprietary blend of solubilization nanochemistries allow for a wide range of applications within the oil industry. Check with local distributors for specific feed rates and recommendations.

Hydrocarbon Liquefaction and dissolvability Process

Nano Paraffin Dissolve will reliquefy or remediate petroleum (hydrocarbon)-based sludges, sediments, and solids. These compounds include distillate fuel oils, residual oils, lubricants, and many other products resulting from the distillation of crude oil. As the hydrocarbon chains are reliquefied, viscosity reduces (up to 80% or more) and the API gravity increases (up to 3 times) with Nano Paraffin Dissolve. The oil is not harmed and recovery rates of 85% (of available hydrocarbons) or more are normally achieved. The product does not require removal prior to refining.

Paraffin Reliquefaction

Nano Paraffin Dissolve is an efficient means for dissolving and removing a number of paraffin deposits, whether down well, in flow lines or battery tanks, or any other location. The blend of solubilization chemistries allows for the saturated, unbranched, acyclic hydrocarbons (basis for the paraffin) to be broken down and short-chain hydrocarbons substituted. The Nanoparticles allow penetration into even severely dehydrated paraffin deposits. Once reliquefied, the paraffin will maintain its state, even down to very low temperatures, thus preventing redepositing.

NOTE: Due to many paraffin deposits containing a high percentage of mineral deposits bound within the paraffin complex, Syncacid-300 Plus, blended in or in conjunction with Nano Paraffin Dissolve may be recommended. Your local distributor will be able to advise you with regards to your specific application.

Asphaltene Reliquefaction

As with paraffin, Nana Paraffin Dissolve is an efficient solution for addressing asphaltene deposits, particularly in flow lines or various deposits. Down-hole applications in gas or oil wells are also efficiently addressed. Nano Paraffin Dissolve replaces the short to mid length hydrocarbon chains that have volatilized off during the deposition process. These “replaced” hydrocarbon chains are not non-volatile, thus-preventing redeposit of the asphaltene.

Storage & Handling

Aspiration hazard if swallowed. Inhalation of mist may produce severe irritation of the respiratory tract. DO NOT induce vomiting if swallowed. Safety glasses and gloves, as a minimum, are recommended when handling. Keep container closed when not in use. Keep product away from open flame or excess heat and in a cool and dry place, at room temperature.

Refer to the Nano Paraffin Dissolve Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for other safety and handling information.

Oilfield Scale Inhibitor SI 6000 is a scale and corrosion inhibitor that prevents the formation of carbonate and sulphate scales. SI 6000 is phosphorous free and contains a corrosion-scale inhibitor.

SI 6000 improves oil and gas flow by preventing scaling without causing any change in crude oil characteristics. SI 6000 contains nano-enhancement products that chelate dissolved minerals to prevent scale formation from calcium carbonate and prevent strontium sulphate deposits. It enables scale-free maintainance of surfaces in pipe walls, heat exchangers, and valves, increasing production efficiency and minimizing maintenance, repair. and replacement costs.

Scale Inhibitors prevent further scale buildup on metal or plastic piping and equipment in the oilfield. Some crude oils, with high levels of scale, plug pipelines with only a few weeks of actual service. If scaling in the oilfield is not addressed, the reduced production can actually kill a well. Usually, low levels of scale inhibitors (20 ppm –500 ppm) are continuously injected or batched to prevent or limit scaling of this equipment.

The SI 6000 has been formulated to withstand the rigors of oilfield application and perform equally well across a wide range of temperatures and pressures. SI 6000 can be used to treat water cut well flowlines, process equipment and oil pipe lines.

BENEFITS

  • Inhibits the formation of carbonate and sulphate scales.
  • Contains a corrosion inhibitor for added value.
  • Phosphorus free.
  • Environmentally friendly .
  • Biodegradable in brine and freshwater chemistry.
  • Protects steel and other metal from corrosion.

Poly Gel-1500 Poly is a high-viscosity synthetic polymer that is particularly effective as a friction reducer in thickening hydrochloric acid, brines, or fresh water. It has excellent high-temperature stability and provides greater efficiency by producing more viscosity with each pound of polymer. Poly Gel-1500 is a highly-concentrated, semi-liquid-polymeric Nano-particle suspension that provides quick hydration in fresh and brine water.

BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES

  • HANDLING

This suspension flows readily, even in severe cold temperature and frigid conditions. The pour point of the suspension is below -10°F. This allows the product to be easily poured out of a container, or metered through a positive displacement pumping method.

  • RAPID HYDRATION

Complete viscosity will develop in 2% KCL within one minute at 75°F. Also this product can be used with continuous-mixing applications, such as slick water fracturing treatments under adverse field-mixing conditions. Poly Gel-1500 can be applied directly to calcium chloride brine with rapid viscosity development in a very short time.

  • SUPERIOR, LONG-TERM SUSPENSION STABILITY

This Nano-fusion formulation utilizes a base fluid system that has been successfully used for other polymer suspensions for well over a decade. Poly Gel-1500 has proven to be stable, with no indication of particle settling or phase separation for more than a year under normal storage conditions.

APPLICATIONS

Designed to:

  • Improve results by live-acid penetration.
  • As a thickener for slick water fracturing.
  • As a friction reducer for acids and brines.
  • As a thickener for fresh water or brines in workover or completion operations.
  • As a thickener or aqueous lubricant for use in pipeline, fiber optics, and related drilling and placements.

POLYMER CLEANUP

Use ammonium persulfate solution to clean effected areas including near wellbore areas

Pipe on Pipe Nano Lube Additive 1126 Concentrate – OB (Organic-Based) is highly-concentrated, organic, oil-based Nano-Enhanced Lubricant. It is a highly-effective pipe lubricant designed for use in freshwater, brines, and acids. This product is extremely effective in high brine and inverts and disperses rapidly. The unique Nano-fusion chemistry combination of this product provides excellent pipe-on-pipe lubricty that solves drag, friction, and torque issues immediately or can be used in a preventative program to lessen costly downtime. This product is specially designed to use where organic oil-based products are recommended for friction reduction.

Pipe on Pipe Nano Lube Additive 1126 Concentrate – OB is an oil-soluble lubricant with an extremely high attraction to metal surfaces. The positive ionic charge helps this product adhere to metal instead of other surfaces such as solids. This metal affinity permits coiled tubing and drill pipe to coat much quicker than standard hydrocarbon-based lubricants, allowing for a more eco-friendly, effective, and efficient lubricating process.

Pipe on Pipe Nano Lube Additive 1126 Concentrate – OB was created to reduce the friction that exists between the coiled tubing and casing or drilling assembly and wellbore and casing. The product reduces weight stacking in highly deviated wellbores and allows the transfer of more weight to the bit. This increases ROP, decreases torque and drag, and minimizes problems tripping in and out of the hole in drilling, workover, and coiled tubing operations.

ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS

  • Reduces torque and drag associated with coiled tubing drilling, logging, workover, or completion applications.
  • Reduces the coefficient of friction between the work string and wellbore.
  • Compatible with anionic and cationic polymers and lubricants.
  • Non-aromatic components will not harm mud motors, MWD, or LWD tools.
  • Environmentally-friendly, non-regulated material.

SEBS Bacterial Systems is highly dedicated to the development and manufacture of high-quality, environmentally-friendly and responsible biotechnological products. Utilizing natural resources, SEBS systems incorporate specific technology to solve numerous industrial, commercial, and institutional problems which result from waste.

SEBS Frac Flow Backwater Cleanup lowers brine concentrations from the flowback water to reuse in hydraulic fracturing.

Frac water complications

Frac and flow backwater contain heavy brine along with other dissolved minerals and various additives. This contaminated water is not safe to use anywhere for anything.

SHALE DEPOSITS IN FRAC WATER MAKE-UP

1‒10 million gallons of fracture (frac) water mixed with various additives is required to complete fracture within each horizontal deep well. Once used, this now-contaminated water must be removed from the well and generally 10%‒40% is recovered, commonly referred to as “flow back” water. Typically, flow backwater contains high dissolved solids with varying levels of various other constituents such as barium and strontium.

METALS AND ACID-PRODUCING MINERALS

Marcellus shales are known in some regions to contain acid-producing minerals such as pyrite and sulfides. Based on region, acid-forming minerals vary due to particular shale formations.

CONDITIONS

Due to the high-dissolved solids content and presence of various other constituents, disposal of flow backwater is becoming very difficult and costly. Obtaining the needed water to makeup frac water with subsequent disposal of the flow backwater presents a significant problem for gas production firms. In many areas, the amount of suitable water needed for formulation of frac water is just not available.

The best solution to this combined water supply and wastewater-disposal problem is to simply treat and recycle the flow backwater with our eco-friendly SEBS Microbial solution over and over again to lower brine and various mineral concentrations. This process helps clarify water and remove unwanted solids.

CONTAMINATED WATER CLEAN UP CAN BE ACHIEVED BY A TWO-STEP PROCESS

  1. By using SEBS Bacterial system, contaminants saucy as solids, sludge, heavy metals, hydrocarbons, and any dissolved inorganic waste may be removed from contaminated water.
  2. By using flocculation treatment, contaminated solids settle from water to the bottom of ponds or tanks, leaving clean, clear water on top before discharging. (See flocculent product data for details.)

SEBS RESULTS

  • Reduced Odor by aerobic digestion.
  • Reduced organic solids down more than 80%.
  • Reduced ammonia BODS/TSS.
  • Digested and liquefied waste.
  • Lowered brine concentration in frac and flow backwater.
  • Reduced concentration of acid-forming minerals.
  • Remediated spills within secondary containment areas insure compliance with groundwater management plans.
  • Contamination treated on-site rather than relocating the problem, reducing liability issues.
  • Competitive project cost―generally thousands of dollars less than traditional “dig and haul” methods.

SEBS BENEFITS

Nontoxic. Non-corrosive. Non-polluting.

APPLICATION

Initial Treatment

  1. For each barrel of frac or flow backwater (44‒50 gal), use 50‒70 fl oz of SEBS. After treatment with SEBS, let solution stand for minimum 24 hours before reusing or discharging treated water.
  2. Follow up with flocculent applications (see product data for proper dosage). This treatment will help settle out heavy mineral particles and leftover inorganic residues.

Note: Pretesting of water should be completed to note the amount of brine water concentration in order to determine whether or not the SEBS dosage amount needs to be adjusted.

Treated frac water can be transferred into separate holding tanks for secondary SEBS treatment. If needed, repeat steps 1 and 2.

Holding Tanks: Use 8‒10 gallon of SEBS for every 1000 gallons of wastewater; follow up with flocculent application. (See product data for proper dosage).

Note: Check water sample after each application. Follow steps one and two for better results until desired level is reached for proper discharge.

DO NOT AERATE after flocculent treatment; let set 24 hours before discharging water.
